We are looking for an experienced and meticulous payroll administrator for a qualified position in Lund for one of our clients. Here you will have a central and responsible role where you drive and ensure the quality of the entire payroll process in an organization with high demands for structure and accuracy.

As a payroll administrator, you will be responsible for the entire payroll management and ensure that salaries are paid out correctly and on time. You will work closely with both HR and finance and serve as expert support in matters related to salary, agreements, and labor law.

• Independently manage the entire payroll process
• Handling of absence, vacation, benefits, and expense reports
• Interpretation of collective agreements and application of applicable legislation
• Reporting to authorities as well as pension and insurance companies
• Reconciliations and payroll-related accounting in collaboration with the finance department
• Support to managers and employees in payroll matters
• Participate in the development and streamlining of payroll processes and routines

• Post-secondary education in payroll, finance, or HR
• Several years of experience in qualified and independent payroll work
• Very good knowledge of current laws and collective agreements
• Experience with modern payroll systems and good system skills
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• Experience in payroll work in larger organizations
• Worked with several different collective agreements
• Experience with system changes or system implementation
